Workato
Workato is an Intelligent Automation platform that can be used by both business and IT companies. As a brand designer, I was the lead designer for the website constantly optimizing and designing experiments with a goal of increasing leads and conversions for sales teams while supporting cross-organizational needs with webpages for marketing and other departments. A new careers page, resources page, and customer stories page were designed. All pages were designed for desktop, compact, tablet, and mobile formats.

The careers page was designed to help the HR and recruitment teams with hiring goals. The page incorporates core values of the company along with employee testimonials. A search functionality and filtering capabilities allows candidates to search by job department and/or job location.
